Terms

The fine print

  1. Trade tier: registered planners/agencies — WhatsApp us your company name for the trade rate card.
  2. 50% deposit confirms your booking; balance due per agreement.
  3. Whole-night coverage — no overtime charges, ever.
  4. Klang Valley transport included. Outstation (Janda Baik, PD, Melaka…): transport from RM650/lorry trip by distance + crew lodging if overnight.
  5. Multi-day events: day 2+ = 50% of day-1 rate. Rehearsal day before the event = 50%.
  6. Sourced items (backline, gooseneck mic systems, presentation AV, larger LED walls) are quoted only once the supplier confirms — never priced in advance.
  7. Custom & special requests — truss shows, logo gobo, concert rigs and anything off-menu — contact us for a bespoke quote.
